    How much do our support packages cost?

    The starting point of our on-going services can be as little as SGD4,350 per month and depending upon the range of services, number of workshops, volume of content, amount of website development work - can scale up to SGD17,000 - SGD20,000, or even SGD26,000 - SGD30,000 per month based upon the number of areas of your business to which we will provide support.     What types of problems can you help me with?

    We'd rather flip this question on its head and ask you what problems you need us to help you with. Our support packages are all built bespoke and specifically for you. Some examples of problems we help clients with consist of the more technical side of HubSpot management, through to services such as content creation, social media support, and website management. All of the support services have one thing in common, helping you get the most out of your HubSpot deployment to ensure business growth. 


    Who will my point of contact be?

    As soon as we start discussing your HubSpot support requirements, we'll introduce you to your client account team. This will consist of an Account Director, and an Account Manager, who will be your main point of contact at The B2B Marketing Lab. These two members of our team will be the people running all update calls, meetings and questions from you on a day-to-day basis. 

    Do you need access to my HubSpot?

    In order to support you with your HubSpot management, our team will require access to your HubSpot portal. All of our team are well trained and proficient users of the HubSpot tools, and know their way around the platform. We're always very happy to sign NDA agreements, or we have a version of our own that we can provide you with as a template if necessary. 


    What if I want to learn how to fix it myself?

    Your business growth is important to us, and such when required, we build in 'transfer knowledge programmes' into our HubSpot support packages. What this means is that over time we can train up your team to complete HubSpot tasks that our team will complete in the first few weeks and months. Overtime we can pass these back over to your team, which leaves room in the support package for further improvements to your overall Inbound activity. 

    Do I need to schedule support calls or appointments in advance?

    As part of our HubSpot support agreement, we'll agree a quantity of update calls, and face-to-face update meetings with you and your team. We will arrange these very early on in the agreement, which usually consists of fortnightly update calls and quarterly meetings. However, this is flexible, and we can increase or decrease those numbers if required. If you need to arrange some time outside of those agreed, simply drop your account manage an email or call and we'll get that arranged.
